We were founded in Milan in 1946, in the years of post-war reconstruction, when Lombardy’s businesses were growing again and needed to protect what they were building.
OUR STORY
From these roots grew a way of working based on technical expertise and a personal relationship with each client, handed down through three generations. Over time, the integration of firms such as Assiconsult, S.A. – CEBI and Ferbrokers has enriched our experience, extending our presence in the region and our expertise in the construction and transport sectors. Since 2025 this growth has continued within the Convergo Group, opening up new ways to meet the needs of the businesses and people who rely on us.
WE ARE PART OF THE CONVERGO GROUP
Convergo is an independent Italian group that brings together firms with long-standing experience in insurance consultancy and risk management. Different companies, specialisms and local presences converge in a shared project, connecting knowledge and experience to view risk from several perspectives and identify the most suitable solutions. Convergo acts as an advisor: it understands its clients’ development plans, their priorities and exposures, and supports them over time, combining technical expertise with a lasting relationship.
WHO WE SUPPORT AND PROTECT
As a brokerage firm listed in the RUI register and supervised by IVASS, we support businesses, from SMEs to large groups, with in-depth knowledge of the construction, textile, metalworking and logistics sectors. Our advice also extends to private healthcare facilities, professionals, trade associations and private clients. For risk prevention and management we also work with specialist partners, such as Cyber Angels for IT security and cyber risk assessment, and BenPower for environmental remediation.

Across our Milan and Como offices we are a team of around 25 employees and consultants, organised into specialist units. We share objectives, responsibilities and an approach to consultancy that is reflected every day in our relationships with clients.
